ENROLMENT POLICY AND PROCESS

The College has experienced an increased demand for places in Year 7 but also in all other levels due to exceptional, unabated and unprecedented growth in its school population over the past five years.  Viewbank College has an enrolment cap; therefore permanent residency in the immediate vicinity where the College is the closest school is the main consideration.  To determine if Viewbank College is your closest school, go to http://www.street-directory.com.au/vic/melbourneclick on 'Schools' menu, 'public secondary schools'.

ENROLMENT INFORMATION FOR YEAR 7 2018

Please note that  the process for Year 7 2018 enrolment begins with your child's Primary School.  Shortly, Primary Schools will hand out a Department of Education and Training (DE&T) Year 7 Application  Form to all Grade 6 students.

If you are intending to enrol your child into Viewbank College in Year 7 in 2018, please complete an  Expression of Interest  and return it to our Registrar, Lindy McKie via email:  mckie.lindy-sue.l@edumail.vic.gov.au or mail to Viewbank College, P.O. Box 264, Rosanna, Victoria, 3084 by Friday 12th May, 2017.

Please note that this Expression of Interest is in addition to the Department of Education and Training (DE&T) Year 7 Application Form.    

 
 

ENROLMENT INFORMATION FOR YEARS 8 - 12

GRADE 6 INTO YEAR 7 (2019) INFORMATION EVENING - Tuesday 1st May, 2018

Viewbank College Information Evening Tours - Tours are led by the College's Student Leaders, giving you the opportunity to see over the College, meet Teachers in various Learning Areas and gain an insight to the curriculum and extra-curricular activities available at the College.  The tours will begin from the College Gymnasium at 5.30pm (departing every 10 minutes until 6.45pm).

Official Presenation - 7.30pm - College Gymnasium -  Staff will be available for a short time after the Official Presentation for any further questions.
